Il tire son nom du fait que l&rsquo;orge est fum\u00e9e selon une m\u00e9thode ancestrale islandaise : \u00e0 la crotte de mouton. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 repris pour le Sheep Dung Single Malt.
